A tidal wave of proublems

i get multiple errors like error code 0x80070005 and 0x8007000d
i have administrative authority but all the commands i type in the cmd is denied .
i cant download sp1
i cant manually download it either
i tried to use the update fix
i tried almost everything

please help.

Are you certain you're on an admin account?

First thing I would try is making a new user profile, giving it full admin access, and try doing some of this stuff on there.
