A Unique LAN Messenger software which gets installed in only 1 PC

I am looking for a Popup /chat messenger which gets installed in Windows 7 for a LAN.
It should be installed in only 1 PC on LAN and the PC only can send messages/popups to the other PC's in which this software isn't installed...
The idea is to send messages/Popups to other computers on LAN without Installing any software on other computers.
The software should only be installed in my computer.

I tried "msg" command , but it failed and showed this message:-
"Error 1825 getting Session names"

Any idea of what i'm looking for ???? or should i say :"Does any software exists ??"
