A very quiet mid tower case for $120-$200?

I'm wanting a mid tower computer case that looks good, without any LED lights or anything unnecessary like that, is very quiet, has good airflow, and does not gather dust. But most importantly, I want it to be quiet. Was thinking about a LIAN LI PC-B25F Black Aluminum ATX case http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811112248 , though I've read that it is somewhat noisy. What would such a computer case be?

The Lian Li is nice but way to expensive Antec has some great cases I like the Antec Sonata Elite

Its cold rolled steel and built solid as a rock and will be one of the quietest cases you will find its a bit heavy but that is why it is so quiet because of how well built this case is.

Not my type of case, looks way too dull for me. I'm also thinking about buying an Antec P183, how quiet would it be in comparison to the B25F?
