[SOLVED] A way to release/lower ram without restarting PC?

After a day or two my memory usage goes up to 80-90% even after I close all my programs. Is there a way to lower the ram considerably, to around 20-30%, without restarting my computer every time?

If it's actually considered "in use", this sounds more like a driver is leaking.

Check with task-manager, which apps are running and which one uses the memory.
