A website is ripping off Tom's Hardware articles and making them worse with AI or some other solution

Sorry, this might be the wrong place to post this, but this was a close to a meta-subforum as I could find.

I was using google and clicked on a link about gpus. It seemed familiar, as I had just seen the same arctile here. I compared them, and the articles have the same structure, but look like they've gone through Google translate 20 times. Heres the example.
