Question A Weird Connection Problem while using RTX 2060 Mobile

Hello forum, i recently moved to a new Apartment and i started to experience very strange connection problem.
I was not sure in which thread should i post my problem, but it is as follows:
When i start an online game with my main GPU ( RTX 2060 Mobile ) and try to connect to the game's Server, it won't let me.
I have a pretty decent internet connection ( 50mbps download over Wifi ) and could watch Netflix at 1080p without a problem, but connecting to an online server, regardless of which one the game is, is just not possible.
However, it appears that when i start an game with my Integrated Intel GPU, that problem no longer occurs. But as you can tell, very few games are playable with the intel GPU
and this problem is driving me crazy since i moved here. I would be glad if someone could help me fix it. Thank you in advance!

Update:
It also appears, that if i use an VPN as if i am connected from the United States, i am also able to connect without a problem, but when i disable the VPN i am immediately being thrown out from the server.
