Yesterday pc went into sleeping mode, when i try to wake it up; it stayed in black screen.. after several hours and tries i figured out that pc won't boot when gpu is installed within it.

i have tried 2 different gpus, my observations are :

1st gpu = gtx 1660 ti < my main gpu

  1. when i try to reopen the pc fans spin at full speed no monitor signal
  2. i tried it with different slot still same issue
2nd gpu = rx470

  1. fan speed are normal
  2. i tried it with different slot same issue
therefore i unplugged gpu connected monitor to motherboards onboard hdmi slot, it worked and pc is working right now. but whenever i install gpu it doesnt work..

Since it's highly unlikely that both GPUs are dead, it's either a power issue, or a Mobo issue.
Mobo issue might be either faulty Mobo, or driver/bios related.
Do you have the latest BIOS?

Can you try with a different PSU?

Since the GPUs work in another PC, your PC has the issue.
You can eliminate software issues if you do a clean install of windows.
If it's hardware related, then most probably it's the PSU and less probably the motherboard. That's why I suggested to try another PSU.
