Question A white line type bug ?

I just got a rx 6600 , I 5 11 th gen , 1 tb hard disk and 16 gb hyper x ram but I am getting a white checkered block line for a splict second and then vanish whenever I alt tab out and then get back into a game t, these white blocks comes in for like1/4 th of a second and then vanish and it only happens in games.
EDIT: now it is different colored blocks

What GPU were you working with prior to the RX6600? Also, make and model of your PSU as well as it's age?

Was this an upgrade to an existing build? if so what are the specs to your build prior to the upgrade? If it's a new build, parse the full specs including the make and model of the PSU.

I was using gtx 1060 6 gb and my psu is 550 watt cooler master
