A wired problem in Asus Deluxe z97 M.B

the problem is when i activate the XMP profile in bios and set the cpu power phase to OPTIMIZED and press f10 to save i open HW monitor and notice the following : the VCCIN v is not stable on 1.80 it gets to 1.776-1.744-1.728 and hearing a coil whine comes from the VRM area the bios on the latest version. so has anyone face this problem? plz need help.

That voltage is safe to go 5-10% above or under that original number (1.80v)
