Question A-XMP? 64GB DDR5 Ram on b650 Tomahawk

Many things have changed since I built my future proofed 2012 rig for starcraft 2.

Finally had had to build a new rig. She lasted 11 years.

So far everything is working, however I can only have a single 16GB Ram stick on the mobo. All of the sticks work individually in each slot.

I have come to learn that here is an "A-XMP" profile that I have to create/enable to utilize all four sticks in order to pass post.

After watching some videos on the subject, I have to ask the following?

One: Is A-XMP a dangerous tool that can instantly brick a board on boot?

Two: If it is not, what steps do I follow to bring the four sticks to stability (voltage and stuff)?

Going to assume this is the problem:

Even though both kits said 6000Mhz, looking at the stick themselves one pair reads:

32GB (2x 16gb) 5600MT/s 1.25V version 3.43.02

Other pair raids:

32GB (2x 16gb) 6000MT/s 1.35 V version 5.33.01

Looks like someone slipped the 5600 MhZ pair into a 6000Mhz kit and returned it.

Yes, that is a problem, so is running 4 sticks of DDR5, as they won't run at full speed. I would personally return the lot and if you need 64gb, buy only 1 kit of 2x32gb. Also, look at getting AMD Expo RAM as Ryzen can be sensitive to XMP ram profiles.
