as of rigt now i have a amd fx4150 but i have a10 5800k that is just sitting an i was wondering if te 10 would perform better as a cpu i plan on getting a amd r9 270 or 270x

There is absolutely no need to watercool an mid-range CPU/APU as it won't generate that much heat. Get an aftermarket cooler with good airflow and you should be OK, even for overclocking. Monitor the temperature and don't let the socket temp go above 58C and the Core Temps above 52C.
The CPU won't be damaged until hitting 68C but it wears them much faster at above 60C.

Unless you have the money and don't care about the price, or want to upgrade to a much more powerful CPU in the future. A good water cooler should last you about 2-5 years.

umm iv looked in tothe bottle necking an the 4150 should have no prblem with ither a 270 or 280

A fx 4150 has a lot slower bulldozer cores. Its about 3 years old. So in my opinion a fx6300(which has piledriver cores) should be faster

If you are into gaming then as you may know more cpu hungry games are coming. So buying an fx 6300 is a good choice. It will last you for a couple of years

i have considerd getting an 8350 but as of right now my main consern is my gpu as it is a amd radeon hd 6750 1gbddr5

Yup an fx 8320 would be much better. Its basically a fx 8350 with a bit lower Ghz.

R9 270X has great overclockability and is really cheap for a good performance.
the 280 is also good, but costs more and the performance/price goes down a bit.

i need a case for my 4150 build but i have a bitfinix prodigy an im planning on putting the 10 in it since there are no mini itx mobos for am3+ so yea this is what im plannig on getting i already have 1 4gb stick of this ram https://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/

Then for the gpu you should buy an AMD R9 270 or an R7 260x.

Difference-
The r9 270 is faster

The R7 260x its a bit slower in terms of gaming. But it fairs well.(Ps4 and x box one use the same GPU. So its basically a ps4 gpu in a pc)

If you are not overclocking I recommend the FX4150. It's max core temp is 70 Degrees Celsius. Where as the A10 5800x
is 74 Degrees Celsius.

i actully have an extereme3 as of right now but i have no case it was aqierd do to my pc being hit by lightning an i also have no i/o sheild for it an there kinda hard to find
