Hello, i want to upgrade my CPU for gaming. Lately i have been playing a lot of playerunkown battleground and it seems to be a cpu intensive game, since i overclocked my a10 5800k to 4.4 and i won some crucial fps. But it still runs on an 40fps average.

My specs are:
CPU AMD A10 5800K 4.4Ghz
RAM 8GB DDR3 1.600
GPU GTX 660 2GB

My budget is around 450 usd. And i know i dont have many options with my fm2 motherboard, so i think its time for an upgrade of cpu + mobo, but im not sure what to buy. And i want a significant upgrade.

I was thinking of an Intel i5 7600 3.5ghz (around 312 usd here), with a mobo MSI H110m PRO-VH (around 72 usd) and 8 gb of ddr4 2400 (80 usd).

Do you think its a worth upgrade? Seems like it but im kinda of a noob in all this,
any advice is greatly appreciated.

Solution
It's worth an upgrade for sure if you're not happy with the performance and have the money. If the Ryzen 1400 or 1600 aren't super overpriced there, I'd get one of those, but otherwise either the i5 7500 or 7600 are you best options. If the 7600 is significantly more expensive then just get the 7500, there's not THAT big of a difference. Be careful with that motherboard, if it doesn't have the newer BIOS on it yet then your computer won't work at all, you can't update the older BIOSes without a skylake processor.

The ryzen processor are pretty over-priced here and cant afford that upgrade right now. Maybe is worth waiting a couple months? If not i will be upgrading to the i5 7500 and the b250 mobo. Thanks for the input :) !
