The a10 6800k is slightly better then the athlon 760k. (http://www.cpu-world.com/Compare/177/AMD_A10-Series_A10-6800K_vs_AMD_Athlon_X4_760K.html). But because the 760k is cheaper you would be able to afford a better GPU. For most games, a faster GPU would improve fps more then a slightly faster CPU.
