A10 7850k or X4 860k

Can I get amd athlon x4 860k and amd r7 250 combined in price of just amd a10 7850k in india(I found a10 7850k for Rs. 11,500) ? And will any one of them run gta 5 and mgs 5 with 8 gigs ram 1866mhz?

I think the A10 7850k is a better choice because you can dual graphics it with your r7 250. And yes it will run gta v and mgs 5 720p high or 1080p low-med

Also i want to add If you don't have a graphic card yet you should pair the x4 860k with something like an r7 260x/265/360 or even a gtx 750ti
