a10 7850k vcore and core multiplier drop!!

dont knw why my cpu suddenly Vcore and core multiplier drop from 1.4+-v and x40 to 0.9+- and x17.
now only maintain on x17!!
anyone knw why.
i read many forums and article ( and try many ways)

but its still same.
who can help me? is it hardware problem or Bios or ........

That cooler master or corsair cm series? try doing a BIOS reset real quick though.

The problem is 3 days aga still normal.
But dont knw why suddenly my pc lagging
So after checked i noticed that my multiplier maintain at x17 and vcore only 0.9
