A10 7870k high idle temps

So I have an A10 7870k and at idle it runs at about 50 - 60 degrees celsius and I dont know what to try now, the cooler is making good contact with the APU and I have tried increasing the fan speed but I can't, im just at a loss here please help.

Do you have any mobo-software installed?

Normally, in BIOS you can change the fan speed, do you have any idea how many RPM is running now?

I wanted to check the bios but for some reason when i press f12 its just a black screen and its running at about 600rpm

Tried speed fan and AMD overdrive but nothing worked it's a 212 evo btw
