A10 7890K GTX 1050TI Bottleneck

Hello,
I was wondering if A10 7890K bottlenecks my GTX 1050TI because in League of Legends I get only 100 FPS and my GPU usage isn't going over 20%. However in Heaven benchmark i get 60 fps average at Extreme and GPU usage of 100%. I am very confused now and will be very helpful if you can help me.

You should check your CPU and see what it is at when your GPU is only at 20% and/or try increasing the graphic setting and see if your FPS go down.
