[SOLVED] A10-9700 high temp

My A10-9700 with box cooler is rocking like 93 temps in gta v and 100% load i replaced the thermal paste and cleaned fan like proffesional and idk what to do next

That CPU is fairly old and GTA V likes a fast CPU. Try a better cooler.
