a10 kaveri or athlon 750k or higher

Im planning to upgrade my a6 5400k my mobo supports fm2+ sockets. For a budget gaming specs. Which is best? a10 + r7 250 or athlon + 750ti? Thanks

I would say go for the Athalon, no point in an APU if you're getting a dedicated card. You may want to consider the Athlon 860k as well.

For the GPU, I would suggest something like the r9 270, same price as the 750ti, but about 15% more powerful.
