I have been getting an A2 and then a 99 error on POST and then it takes me into BIOS.
I used to change the BOOT from LEGACY to UEIF (I think) and after 1 to 10 tries, it would boot and I could use my pc without any issues. Since the last power outage, I cannot get it to boot.
I have decided to extract all data from that SSD and then start fresh with new hardware.
I have inserted my SSD into an external case and gone to DISK MANAGEMENT, there I am asked to pick MBR or GPT ...... I tried MBR but i get an error msg from Vitrual Disk Manager saying "The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error ...... and an OK Button.
Does this mean that my SSD is dead or should I try GPT option?
