What are you using for CPU cooling? An AIO? That could be your problem. No airflow around the CPU.
That motherboard only has a 4 pin supplemental CPU power plug. Overheating may not be your problem. You may just be exceeding the capabilities of the motherboard.
What CPU are you trying to run ?
