A320M Bazooka Ryzen 5 1400 GTX 1060

So I just finished this build and I cant get it to work properly. I made sure i had all the drivers intstalled for everything i boot my system off an M.2 ssd in the mobo. I have a mass storage 1 tb hard drive. My steam games wont start and processor crashes periodically. EZ debug led say its CPU and DRAM. My gtx 1060 sometimes doesnt put out a display. The VGA light on my mobo is lit up when this happens. Please help. I really only want to go to a pc repair store as a last resort.

I have no idea. Its not even labeled.
And it did work before for like a week with no issues. it ran games perfectly

It pulls up the desktop but weird artifacts occur constantly. my graphics card gets really hot and the fans spin up really hard sometimes. Steam games for some reason just opened. The main issue now is my gpu sometimes not putting out a display when i boot and some artifacts while im in the desktop
