[SOLVED] A320M-K memory support with 3gen ryzen

Since there is the Memory QVL for 1st and 2nd gen ryzen and not the 3rd.Can i use literally any DDR4 ram?

Motherboard : Asus Prime A320m-K
CPU: Ryzen 3 3100

Yes, you can use any DDR4 RAM. QVL just means that they tested the RAM on that board to find what settings work. It doesn't mean the board is only compatible with those RAM kits.

Just make sure to get DDR4-3200 or the fastest the motherboard can support.

I should clarify what I meant by what speed you should get: DDR4-3200 or fastest the motherboard can support up to DDR4-3200. There's no real point in getting anything faster.
That's true because it's not the motherboard so much as the specific CPU's silicon quality that can affect how high an 'overclock' you can get.

So getting QVL really only helps know it's going to work to the specified clock speed of the CPU (DDR4-3200 for Ryzen 3000) since anything over that is a gamble that your CPU is capable of it.
