A4 7300. Is it good enough to stream tv from the web?

So I'm looking to build my parents a pc to watch netflix on and to stream live tv or recorded shows from various services. I'll be able to recycle a case, psu, and hdd. I just need to get the RAM, Cpu, and motherboard, and possibly a GPU if necessary. I'm trying to go as cheap as possible. I'm hoping to keep all the parts under $150 (CPU, MOBO, RAM). I've been successful in finding components. I just want to know if an A4 7300 is a good enough APU to watch 1080p videos. I'm going to pair it with 1866 mhz ram because I've heard that APUs do exceptionally well with higher clocked ram. Do you think the A4 7300 will be enough to stream tv shows to a 1080p tv?

That should be good, however I personally would get a Celeron or Pentium instead. The IGPU on the A4 is a little overkill and the CPU is not that great, the Pentium/Celerons have a good enough IGPU for 1080P streaming and have lot better CPUs.

However, both are still great.

A4 7300 Is fine for Streaming, you don't need to worry about Intel with this. My HTPC in the garage is a A4-5300 and it does just fine with Netflix and 1080P Video. CPU was $25 Ebay, Ram 1600mhz "Overclocked to 1866mhz" Ripjaw $45 Ebay, Motherboard $45 Tech Forum.
