A6 5400k overclocking best motherboard

Hi guys so I'm in the final process of ordering all the parts in my build. I'm still deciding on which motherboard to choose. I'm tied between these boards:

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-a55me

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-fm2a55mdgsr20

They all look good to me, but the last one stands out. Which one would be the best to support a 560 ti and my a6 5400k CPU ( by standards of overclocking and durability). Also do you guys have any recommendations for a good FM2 mobo under $70 on Amazon? Thanks for the help in advance.

Why on earth are you buying an APU and a GPU? The point of an APU is to be used without a GPU. You are sacrificing performance. That is NOT a good CPU for gaming at all.

Unless you already own the CPU and are adding this stuff later, you are making a large mistake.

Also, there are not really any "good for overclocking" fm2 boards at all, let alone under $70. They all have poor power phases.

I already have the CPU that's why I am asking. I know they aren't the best for overclocking, but I just would like to know which one would give the best bang for my buck overclocking wise.

Thanks I decided to sell the 560 ti, and just use a 9800 gtx+.

Looking to play bf3, skyrim, A.V.A, games like that. I'm fine playing on med-high settings. Thing is I already have the CPU and I got it at an amazing deal, so that's why I went with it. My next rig will probably go all out with an i5 and a 780 and this current pc will be converted into a HTPC.

Well I did see some videos of it handling those games like this one:

I'm not going to be recording so I should be fine right?

I see... well I guess I'll just have to wait and find out. If it can't run those games I'll just use it for league :)
