a6 7400k running hot detailed question

hello all thanks ahead of time

a6 7400k apu running 70+c (160f) i am not new to overclocking i build computers for friends. i dint build this.

new cooler for 150 watt cpu, fresh thermal paste, room not on fire, fan control disabled (100%) ,

de tuned the cpu to 2.5ghz still idleing at 40c moved cpu voltage to 1.2 from 1.4
(disabling the turbo)

im ready to cuck this thing out of a moveing car

looking around while at work you can disable the gpu (built in)? intresting i have a video card so would that drop the temp to something more normal? i have a asus mobo would anyone know where to go to attempt this?
