Yes it will work, but realize you're getting an old clawhammer core. Mine
takes 1.675v to reach 2333MHz. But the price looks good. Just don't expect
a big overclock on it.

Yes, but it won't work with quite a few standard heatsinks. It's a lidless
chip (no heatspreader) which means it's a bit lower than a normal lidded
chip.
