A64 X2 and 667MHz memory speed calculation, how?

Hi, I'd appreciate it if someone could answer this for me:

How does one calculate the speed of 667MHz ram coupled with a 1900 MHz or 2100MHz A64 X2 processor?

Hmm, it helps a little, but not enough because it discusses 800MHz which I'm more clear on. It would have been nice with a 667MHz example. I guess its the same, so maybe it did help.
