A7V bios question - PLEASE READ

I just got an A7V mobo with 1.02 rev so I was wondering what BIOS version is best for playing games with? I remember reading something about updating your BIOS can give you like 3 - 5 FPS more in games, but I was wondering which BIOS has been tested and is stable for A7V motherboards? I have no problems with my computer, so would it be stupid to change my BIOS? Please reply with the best BIOS for A7V. thanks.

I'm having good luck with 1004c.
But others swear by 1005x.
Just try em out, u can allways go back.
Just use AFLASH.EXE, NOT asus update.

If there is nothing wrong, don't change it.
I have used just about all of them. I think I like 1005B the best.
I really don't notice any change in game performance but then again, I wasn't looking for it either.

If your system is stable, you have the best BIOS version. I ran benchmarks on my system and there was no difference in performance between the BIOS versions 1003 to 1005a. I am using 1005a because it fixed a lot of stability problems I was having with IE5.5. Otherwise, I have not noticed a difference.
