a7v133 fried?

It's been awhile since I last overclocked so I was experimenting with my A7V133 w/ Ath TBird 1.2ghz and I foolishly set the cpu to run at 1.6. Now, I thought that since I had a really good fan and cooling solution this would work, but it didnt. Now my computer refuses to boot and all I get is one long beep until it shuts itself off. I've tried resetting the cmos but for some reason I cannot, or is the problem elsewhere? Any help/info appreciated, Thank you

You tried disconnecting the PSU mobo power cable and removing the battery for 10 minutes?

I love my Delta 60HP 7000 RPM fan that puts out more dB then CFM 😱
