Question a8 5600k dont know what temps to trust..

Hello, i just bought an a8 5600k+ asrock fms2a58m vg+3 r2.0+ 8gb ddr3 real cheap, but i got some problems with temp , i dont even know what temps to trust.. i tried many temp programs( hwmonitor, speccy, aida64,hwinfo64, msi afterburner with rivatuner in games overlay)and all shows different temperature, i did stress test and used the hwinfo64 and this what it shows me:

, i have this cooler: deepcool mini fs 2.0 and when i touch it is not that really hot when im stressing cpu... bios temp starts always from 40 and increasy slowly to max 65 doest matter if i just start the pc or if i stressed it before. How can i monitor my real temp so i know if i need to upgrade my cooler..

, now i disabled turbo boost because i think the cpu thermal throttling because in some games i got frame drops and the cpu frequency goes to 1.3ghz, with turbo boost i saw 105 degree on cores, but i dont know the heatsink isnt that hot.. and I mounted the cooler 2-3 times and applied new thermal paste to be sure it is correct mounted. Should i buy new cooler?

Edit: i tried aida64 stability test with turbo boost ( after i reset bios, could amd overdrive
to interfere with bios? ) and it says my cpu have 67-68 in full load in 10 mins, and now i didnt get any frequency drop to 1.3

Trust the thermal margin in amd overdrive over anything else but only under load temps.

You have a grab above with full clocks of 38x, full load and a margin of above 25c.
That result looks absolutely fine to me.

Windows power plan set to performance mode?

May be vrm throttling rather than cpu, or it may be a damaged or faulty sensor on the board.

I'm fairly certain its not actually down to cpu temps irregardless.

Are you using a discrete gpu or the integrated graphics??

The igp under heavy use can add another 10-15c to total temperature.

@madmatt30 My power plan is on balanced, and i`m using a r7 260 1gb and i have disabled igpu, how can i verify if my pc throttling because of vrm?
