a8 7600 gaming question

hi, here is my specs

a8 7600 with r7 apu.
hyper x 8gb ddr3 1866
no video card

just want to ask if its much better to buy another 8gb of ram to make 16gb ram than to buy videocard? i mean no budget today maybe next month i buy vcard.. but for now can play like batman arkham knight? with high or mid settings?

The video card will make far more difference than the extra system RAM.
