Hi, I'm thinking of updating my PC to play Csgo, paladins, war thunder, warframe, Fortnite in low or medium quality.
my budget gives for a rx 550 2gb (my pc would be like this a4-4000 + rx550)
or an a8 7600 and 4gb 1600 Mhz
in my country the same goes practically (Argentina)
My current pc is:
CPU: A4-4000
RAM: hyperx 4gb ddr3 1333 Mhz
Motherboard: a68hm-e33 v2

PS: I know it's a garbage my pc :/

mmm ... then I'm going for the Rx550
and later I update the CPU.
Do you recommend me to go for the g4560 or for an a10? (they are almost the same, but with respect to the g4560 I have to update the ram and the montherboard)
As I said before I do not want to play such demanding games
layers I'd like to play Rust at 30 fps or so

There are a couple ways of looking at the situation...
1) if you have a suitable FM2/FM2+ motherboard now, upgrading to the best CPU or APU that it can handle would be the least expensive way to upgrade. But you would be limited to the relatively weak FM2/FM2+ platform (assuming you have that A4-4000 system now)
2) Going with the more modern Intel Dual core (G4560) would be faster than than anything you can put in an FM2/FM2+ motherboard. And it would give you lots more room for future upgrading.

Naturally, I would recommend the latter.
