A8 7600 vs Intel Pentium + GT730 GDDR5

Hi guys, I just want to know which is better for gaming + web surfing (assuming same hdd, psu, monitor and case)?

A8-7600 with MSI A78M-E35
and GSkill RipjawsX 2x4gb 2133mhz cl9

vs

Intel Pentium g3240 + GT 730 GDDR5
Asus h81m-d plus and
GSkill RipjawsX 2x4gb 1600mhz cl7

Both of these sets cost around PHP11k or $244.44. Some say the intel is faster but i'm worrying about multitasking cuz it's a dual core and I surf the web while playing games (usually MMO's)

The pentium is the stronger build, and that h81 motherboard will take an i5 or i7 upgrade in the future too.

Hi LucoTF, how about multitasking? I usually play while surfing the web or having a browser with multiple tabs open (Firefox). Oh I want to ask if the GT 730 can play DS and PS2 emulators too. Thanks for answering my question.
