A8 Vs Pentium

Pentium G3258 vs A8-7400K
I play minecraft , LoL , unturned.
I'll be using the Integrated gpu temporarily.

How long are you going to be using the integrated? What is your overall budget?

If you're gonna be using the integrated for a few months go with the A8-7400K since the APU will be much better than the graphics on the Pentium, if its only for like a few weeks, I would suggest going with the pentium and suffering through it for awhile.

make a build that can run BF4.+ I don't wanna buy bf4 either.

If all you're playing is minecraft then what you picked should be fine. Know that the PSU being that low might not support any card higher than the GT 750 Ti.

What other psus are in the range of 25-35$ that is reliable?

This one is highly rated, 550W so easy power other cards down the road, and its $26 after rebates and stuff.

I would stick with that build as well. Right now this a an awesome deal.

You will want 2 sticks of RAM @ 1866mhz or better even if you have to get 2x2GB.
