A8n-SLi Cold Boot error.

ok here goes when i turn my computer on i get a long beep then several short ones, then it continues to load without the video card. After the beeps if i turn the computer off then back on quickly it boots up fine. I've pulled everything off and put it back together and tried a different vid card but it still wont boot 1st time.
Any ideas bad mobo? PSU?

asus A8N-Sli
6600GT x2
A64 3500+
2gig ram
Task 520w PSU
lots of other crap.

No Beeps = Short, No power, Bad CPU/MB, Loose Peripherals
One Beep = Everything is normal and Computer POSTed fine
Two Beeps = POST/CMOS Error
One Long Beep, One Short Beep = Motherboard Problem
One Long Beep, Two Short Beeps = Video Problem
One Long Beep, Three Short Beeps = Video Problem
Three Long Beeps = Keyboard Error
Repeated Long Beeps = Memory Error
Continuous Hi-Lo Beeps = CPU Overheating

Yea its a vid card problem but i got 2 Vid cards doing the same thing.
