I finally got my dream rig together, and it runs great @ stock. My 200 hour cure time on my hsf was over on Sunday, so I decided to start overclocking. The AI is useless. I know I need an x10 multiplier. I successfully took the cpu freq. to 210, and adjusted my ram to 216. That was stable with everything else on auto. Here is where the ignorance comes in. DDR clock skew? HT Link speed (CPU)?HT Link speed(Radeon Xpress menu)? My XP 2500 Barton was stupid easy compared to this one. Now I'm just stupid. Any tips, or jokes at my expense would be appreciated.

I am good on the bios, and checked out Bleeding Edge (and several others).
I followed the guides, and for the most part, my tiny overclocks fail. 2.03 is the best it will sometimes do. It is still rock solid in prime95 @ stock, and even when I kick my ram up to full ddr500. I'm starting to think I have a cpu with no higher aspirations. I even talked to Asus techsupport, and they were as useful as tits on a bull. I re-downloaded the bios and reflashed it. I'll try a bit more before I give up.

That board overclocks pretty good, and BIOS is stable.
I set overclock in BIOS, and clock skew I leave on Auto. If trouble shooting, set it to normal, relax timings, and keep HTT 5x and up the RAM speed.

I have no problems getting 240x11 (2.8volts) using above method with an Opteron 175, and I have 4 sticks of Corsair RAM.
