I'am thinking about buying this board and installing a AMD Athlon 64 3200+ CPU and my GF4 TI4200 GC.

Any opinions about this board? :?

How is it for OC? The manual says it has Vcore and FSB adjustment.

I've heard that VIA chipsets have problems but I need this board or a board that has a AGP slot.

Opinions greatly appreciated.

Hey. I have the exact same board. It's ok. It does have some issues, and I think I am going to RMA it. It does a pretty decent job of overclocking. I have my Opteron 175 running @ 2.7 100% stable. I have been running prime95 and a constant loop of 3DMark 03 Demo for almost 10 days straight. I really want to break it in so that I might be able to hit the magic 3. I guess having watercooling helps out a lot. I have also heard, and read arround that ASUS is not quite as good as they used to be, and unfortunately I think I have to agree. I am in the same boat as you, needing AGP so this was the best board I could get my hands on. As for the problems I am having. After powering off the system, I go to turn it back on and am greeted by that annoying voice "CPU failed Power on Self Test" Turning it off and then back on a couple times will eventually get it back up and running, but that is freaking annoying!! Any one with thoughts or comments greatly appreciated.
