I am about to upgrade my pc from windows 7 to windows 10 but i do not know if my motherboard is supported. My motherboard is the Biostar A960D+

Should be able to run W10 even if there are no official drivers for chipset.

My CPU is the FX4300 , does this change anything? Or am i still fine to upgrade

It should work. I have an old cheesy laptop that originally came with Vista (2009?) that works just fine with Win 10.

CPU is not a problem only chipset, W10 comes with enough general drivers to run on anything that can run W7.
