Question AA - anti-aliasing Issues with 2070RTX

my specs are:
motherboad: Z370P D3-CF
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz, 3192 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s)
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2070
16GB ram.

screen: samsung 27 CRG5 (1080p)

-I'm breaking my head here... i tried running several games, playing with the settings in game for AA and in nvidia control panel
and no matter what i do, i still get jagged edges, or edges with white in them, and it's driving me mad.

I tried in crysis 3, The Dungeon Of Naheulbeuk - The Amulet Of Chaos, and several other games...
even in League of legends i see some annoying non-smooth edges...

I tried nvidia inspector as well..
Is there like a real good setting in control panel to fix this? or is there any other trick? or is it the games? or a known issues with 2070rtx?

I have the same issue with the GTX 1650 Super, not sure what the problem is.
