I were looking for ram that i would be able to use for my Mother Board i asked online Shop about what ram should i should get and they sayed that corsair werent compatible so were they lying or does it not realy work?
Ryzen motherboards are still picky about RAM. Here is the RAM that the manufacturer has tested with the motherboard -- http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/AB350%20Pro4/#Memory
There are some Corsair part numbers on the qualified list. That vendor list is the best answer for finding compatible RAM. Also make sure you update the BIOS ASAP for maximum compatibility.

kanewolf is that mean if my ram not on the list it will not work? my pc got asrock ab350 pro4 and it bootlooping. what should I do?
It doesn't mean it definitely won't work. It may not work at the maximum rated frequency. You might pay for 3200 rated memory but it may only be stable at 2666 for example. OR it might be just fine. There is no way to know ahead of time.
