I want to buy this motherboard but i've seen that many people complain about it freezing, i don't know if it's fixed or not because no one is talking about it now.

Solution

I have that motherboard and I don't have or encountered any "freezing" yet.
Maybe it has to do with RAM that was no supported or RAM configuration not supported. If you get the RAM from the ASRock, or any manufacturer memory QVL you might not end up with freezing issues.

Also when the board was released there were less RAM models supported and also lower speeds (2133MHz) and now there are plenty and the speed supported via BIOS update has increased to 3200MHz

I dont really have much of a choice in terms of ram which is g.skill 3200 2x4 8gb, its the only ram that is cheap and is 3200mhz but not listed on their qvl. Maybe i'll go for a supported 2400mhz one but if i do that i'll lose performance because i'm going for an apu chip. Idk what to do.

I have to make you aware that if you get a B350 motherboard you might need to update the board before you can install a 2200 or 2400 APU.
You might need to send it back to the manufacturer for a BIOS update or request a free 'boot kit' from AMD which includes and older processor so you can update your BIOS to support a Ryzen APU.

You won't find many choices 2x 4GB (8GB kit) from G.Skill, but there are plenty 2x 8GB (16GB kit).

This Patriot Viper 8GB (2x4GB) 2666MHz PVE48G266C6KGY is listed as compatible with AMD.
Also, you may find that RAM that is not listed on the ASRock might work just fine. ASRock or any other motherboard manufacturer might not be able to test every RAM module released, so you have to check RAM manufacturers website.
I installed a Corsair Vengeance 16GB 3200MHz not listed on the ASRock QVL but it works fine at 3000MHz.
