I got a Duron 650 running at 892@1.85V in my A7v.
today i got a KT7-RAID Abit MB, and i plugged it in, with every other cards.
I setted the mutliplier and the voltage and stuff in the softmenu, and it doesn't work....
refuce to boot.. no posts no nothing, have to clear the CMOS and is working again.....
And now i can't even get it to work at all at any clockseed other then 650.
someone help! i can't even change the voltage or it'll not boot!

You might try closing the jumpers again on the top of the Duron. The A7V did things a little different with including the DIP switches on the m/b. Abit uses the softmenu approach, but requires that the contacts be closed to "open" the processor locking scheme...

What else is there?

Seems like your multiplier has been (re-)locked.
Try the "L1 bridge pencil trick" again..

Yup, i also think it is a L1 bridge problem, but you should (?) be able to see this in your bios. i remember that when my cpu was still locked, some options would stay grey. But i don't know for sure!
