Able to move m GPU in the case?!

So I woke up this morning and went to go turn my computer on. I would boot it up, as normal, but all my ASUS screen would give me was "NO HDMI Signal". Since my girlfriend had a party last night, I figured that somebody bumped the case and knocked the GPU out of the PCI slot. My reasoning was that when I was installing that card, I broke the PCI slot lever, which could affect the securing of the card, right? I open up my case and mess with the GPU a bit, and it doesn't seem as if anything is out of place. I realize that I can wiggle the GPU in the slot what I think is to much. Is it normal to be able to wiggle your GPU a bit?

Yes , it is normal for a GPU to wiggle a little bit .Check your HDMI cables and reseat your Graphics Card.

Even with the clip broke the gpu card should still work unplug your pc and reset the card and unplug your hdmi cable and plug back in.
