Able to play any xbox one game through Windows 10?

Sorry if this isn't the most suitable place to ask this but I'm not sure where to ask and you guys are always god tier at answering questions in my experience.

My question is if you can play any newer Xbox one game on your PC, or is just a select few? I've done a little research about how you go about doing this but it doesn't seem clear on all the nitty bitty details. Are you able to use your own headphones and microphone to talk though xbox whilst also playing Xbox one games on your PC? Does it work like the Xbox One is just an app on your PC, so you can use other programmes like skype? Or does playing Xbox one games on your PC lock it down to ONLY Xbox one games, like Xbox mode. Could I just play Halo 5 on PC, whilst talking in game using my Blue snowball and Sony headphones, or must you use tacky console headsets like astros or tittans? Just wondering if anyone has experience with this and can shed some light for me.

Depends entirely on your Wi-Fi quality and stability, but under perfect conditions, most games will be great. I doubt you could do top-tier fighting games or CoD matches, but Halo 5's campaign will do just fine.
