hi, me = French Canadian... living in south east asia... i orderd a whole desktop bundle... the case is lying on is side with red stock heatsink and fan aiming upwarsd through a no side cover tower
apu is a AMD A8-7680
ram generic 16gb
alot of storage..
PSU.. antec 500 watts
when i first got this pc.. it would idle at 40-50c... but now... idle is 65c... i tried buying other HSF duos.. 2 was cone shaped one.. the pc said 94c right off the bat....
oh forgot to mention thermal paste mx2 or mx 4 or somthing... i tried thermal pads.. that didnt do me any good.. i did install msi afterburner to look at my apu temp.. and i saw that core mhz and the ot her slider were cranked to full.. either msi afterburner maxed it out for me.. or the seller tinkered with the bios befor shipping...
what is the solution ? when i first got this pc.. i would play fallout 4 and the pc would shut down.. should i go to bios and figure out how to downlock ? or get liquid cooling ???
sorry but its uncomfortable to play fallout 4 and seeing 83-86c

PS.. i even got a standing HSF put 2fans one in front and one in back.. both blowing the same direction.. (using zip ties... naturally).. no change

nobody feels like answering ? i know i obsess over cpu temps but you can simply say "get liquid cooling" or box fan pressed up against open portion of case.. i used to do that in Quebec anyway.. i just want to know which direction of airflow is best.. into case or air out of case.. i did once burn a hsf fan blowing air into the case.. so please.. annoyed of me or not.. north american politics aside, we are all above that :) just a simply 5 word answer and i can close this tab

Tjmax (case) for that 45-65W TDP processor is 74c above which it would start Heat Throttle an lose a lot of performance. What are those "HSF duos" you are talking about ? CPU air coolers ? Can you provide at least a picture?
For that kind of TDP any 90-120mm single fan cooler should do unless it's not properly installed.
If the cooling is adequate only other problem could be to high CPU voltage which for that CPU should not be higher than 1.275v-

no need for the HSF that has 2 fans photo, i got liquid cooling AIO.. temperatures have mildly improved, thank you for answering however
