Question Abnormal temperatures during Gears 5 gameplay

I've got 8700k OC'd to 4.8Ghz 1.275V and during this particular game it reachers 80-90C only at 40% utilization so it's like 80-90 W. Normally I see it on cinebench stress tests which pulls 150W at 100% utilization. Why is that?
My cooler is Dark Rock Pro 4

That's most likely the package temps, which are usually higher than the individual core temps.
Running with overclocked memory, or XMP? How about more than 2 memory sticks?

I manually overclocked my old 2133Mhz hyperx sticks to 3000Mhz. 2x8GB 1.25V

Ok, I helped someone with case cooling on this case about a month ago. How do you have the cooling setup?
Here's the default setup:
Bottom: intake
Rear: exhaust
Top: This one is really for installing AIOs and rads as INTAKE(exhausting out the honeycomb grille), otherwise, you only really need one fan here as intake blowing directly into the power supply.
