Abnormally High CPU Temps during idle and gaming

Picked up an i7 4790k a month or so back and am just notciing that im running about 60 C idle and over 90 C during gaming. my rig is here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/xFXb9W
I don't think i should be running close to 90 with the H75 i have on there, but any suggestions would be very appreciated .

Make sure your liquid cooler plugs are all plugged in and if they are you can try to reapply thermal paste and btw, ive heard it helps apply even pressure on the cooler if you screw it on in a criss cross pattern. Hope this helps
