Question about 60 % keyboards

I am a keyboard enthusiast and i want to make myself a nice custom board. the thing is I cant imagine myself with anything less than a 75% board.I use FN keys all the time and i just dont see how people daily drive keyboards without them.Is there something that im missing here or what?
(and yes i do know that fn keys are accesible with special bindings but i just coudnt see myself doing that everytime i use fn keys)

i would check out Glorious modular kb, you can customize any type of mechanical switch for any key. you can also replace the keys if they wear out.

sorry if theres something im missing something but ummm... how does that have anything to do with what i asked? i wanted to know from someone who owns a 60% point of view whether its a big handicap not to have dedicated fn keys
