It is worth to change my fx 6300 into a fx 8350, i wanted to change to intel but if i change the processor i need to change the motherboard obviously but it is worth? i dont want to waste too much money.

AMD FX CPUs weren't great when they were new. Definitely not worth buying one now. Switch to Intel or go for Ryzen. Both are good options.

Prefer going to intel but lga 1150 or 1155 bcs i dont want to change ram. Whats the best option guys? i5 3570k 1155 or i5 4670 1150??

For preference I'd look for the later Devils Canyon i5 4690 or i7 4790 parts over the earlier 4670 and 4770, Devils Canyon runs cooler and if you aim at overclocking later they can also overclock better.

Agreed. If you need to stay with the older Intel to reuse your current RAM, you'd be better served with the 4th Gen Intel (I5-4670).
